Please use the Myra Size Guides as an estimate as to what size to purchase, as styles, sizes and cuts vary between each individual item and may not be consistent with the size guide measurements.

• All Myra Swim garments are physically labeled with AUS sizing labels, unless stated otherwise.
THE BASIC MYRA FIT BREAK DOWN
• Our sizes run in five standard sizes. Extra Small, Small, Medium, Large & Extra Large.
• All pieces are standard sizing unless advised on the item description.
We suggest to read all garment item descriptions online to avoid ordering the wrong size.
• Seamless finishes give a super stretchy feel and can stretch out to 1 size bigger (returning back to normal size when taken off)
• Due to our minimal cut & coverage style we suggest larger busts going up one size to your normal t-shirt size unless you are comfortable with minimal coverage.
• Please note XS & XL sizes are slowly being introduced into our stock so any questions regarding these sizes please contact our customer service team. If you do not see a selected style in the extended sizes please contact our customer service team to be advised if it will be stocked any time soon.
MYRA MINI SIZING
• When selecting kids sizes, choose the size closest to your child's age.
• If your child is in-between sizes and you are unsure what size to buy, we recommend sizing up, to accommodate your growing child.
• If your child has a longer torso we suggest going up 1 size in our one pieces.
• If your child is 11+ , we recommend a women's XS

Myra Swim swimwear is made to fit and feel like a second skin. For ultimate comfort and durability all year round. Myra Swim fabrics are high quality Nylon spandex and with a seamless finish are made to stretch and mould to any body type. You will find our sizes are super stretchy to fit all curves with out giving you that dug into skin look.
Delivery time is approximate for orders placed before 9 am Monday - Friday.

• If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees, a $25 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping due to your refusal.
• All items are to be signed for by DHL or Australia Post. If you are not home to receive your package, have no one else to sign for the item and have not organised an alternative way to collect your package, and your item is returned to us, this $25 fee will occur.
• Myra Swim will not cover return shipping; this is the customer's responsibility.
• Myra Swim would highly suggest choosing DHL standard delivery on all orders to Europe & Canada or if your country has a low duties and taxes threshold.

- Please be aware that DHL Standard can take longer than the suggested shipping time frame during sale periods.

Myra Swim provides our customers with a return’s portal for cost-effective and timely returns. Please seek our returns policy below to understand your eligibility for a refund or credit upon the return of your goods.
You will need your order number and zip code to submit your return. Once you submit your return, you will receive a DHL postage label directly to your email. Attach the label securely to your postage bag.
You will need to return your package to a DHL Express of your choice with all items and labels secured. Find your nearest DHL Express, or arrange a collection here.
Our team will process your credit/refund within 1-2 business days, ensuring adherence to our Return Policy listed above. Please allow up to 3-4 business days for your return to be processed during sale periods. We do not take responsibility for lost returns.

STEPS OF RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE NON USA ONLY
1- Try on your garments over underwear
2- Take unwanted garments and check tag/hygiene stickers that all are attached in original condition. Place items back in the garment bag.
3- Read our terms and conditions of purchase below to avoid any confusion and processing delays.
4- Fill out your returns form here, making sure you fill in ALL sections to make it easier/faster for us to process at Myra Swim HQ.
5- Post back to the address provided. Regular or Express shipping methods are up to the customer along with the shipping company you choose to use. We do suggest you get a return tracking number as we will not take responsibility for lost returns.

6- Once the items arrive at Myra Swim HQ, you will receive an email confirmation that your items have been refunded or your store credit is ready to use.

OUR RETURN POLICY
- All orders must be returned within 14 days from the date received. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted, and will be returned at the cost of the customer.
- We offer refunds on full priced Myraswim items only.
- Items marked 'sale', discounted with a promotional code or purchased during a sale period with an automatic discount will be eligible for a Store Credit only.
- Skin products, sunscreens, hats, accessories and towels are final sale.
- All items must be tried on over undergarments.
- Garment bags must be returned with purchase.
- All items must be returned in original condition with tags attached. Any item that has been worn, washed, stained/soiled, damaged or altered will be subject to disposal, or can be returned at the cost of the customer. PENALTY FOR SOILED RETURNED ITEMS - $30.00 | All returns are shipped via standard postage.
- All returns and exchanges via our portal incur a flat fee of $20.00. This fee will be deducted from the total refund or store credit amount.
- We offer exchanges for USA orders only. Exchange orders via our portal will be dispatched when your return has been shipped.
- All refunds will be processed via the method of payment used only. If a gift card was used, the refund will firstly go back onto the gift card. Any remaining balance will be returned to the alternative payment method.

FAQ
SALE/ DISCOUNTED ORDERS
Items marked 'sale' or discounted with a promotional code are not eligible for a refund. Store Credit only.
EXCHANGES USA ONLY
If your pieces didn’t fit as anticipated, you can exchange your items for a different size, color, or even select an alternative style from the "Shop Now" section in our returns portal. All other countries wishing to make an exchange must opt for a store credit and make a new purchase via our website.
STORE CREDITS
A store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card. Our gift cards do not hold an expiry date and can be used on any future purchase with Myraswim.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
In the event your pieces may be faulty, please contact our customer service team at info@myraswim.com. Please supply your order number and an image of the fault so we can assist you further. Please note that wear and tear to a garment is not considered a product fault. We do not take responsibility for this.
AFTER PAY RETURNS
If you choose to return an AfterPay order that is full price, you will receive a full refund via Afterpay. If you return an AfterPay order where you purchased sale items or used a discount code on your order, you will be issued store credit for the full amount of the unwanted item. Please note that your personal agreement with Afterpay will still stand, and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments.
