MYRASWIM PTY LTD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT THE RETURN OF GOODS WHICH ARE NOT RETURNED IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY.

 

USA, CANADA AND UK RETURNS

Myra Swim provides USA, CANADA AND UK customers with a return’s portal for cost-effective and timely returns. Please seek our returns policy below to understand your eligibility for a refund or credit upon the return of your goods.

1- Locate your order number & zip code to submit your return. Once you submit your return, you will receive a postage label directly to your email. Attach the label securely to your postage bag.

2- Drop off your package at the shipping courier location listed on your label.

Our team will process your credit/refund within 1-2 business days once returned, ensuring adherence to our Return Policy listed below. Please allow up to 3-4 business days for your return to be processed during sale periods.

We do not take responsibility for lost returns. All return fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered or reimbursed. This includes import duties, taxes or tariff's. Our returns portal is for USA, CANADA AND UK customers only.

NON USA, CANADA AND UK ONLY

1- Try on your garments over underwear.

2- Take unwanted garments and check tag/hygiene stickers that all are attached in original condition. Place items back in the garment bag.

3- Read our Return Policy below to avoid any confusion and processing delays.

4- Fill out your returns form here, making sure you fill in ALL sections to make it easier/faster for us to process at Myra Swim HQ.

5- Post back to the address provided. Regular or Express shipping methods are up to the customer along with the shipping company you choose to use. We do suggest you get a return tracking number as we will not take responsibility for lost returns.

6- Once the items arrive at Myra Swim HQ, you will receive an email confirmation that your items have been refunded or your store credit is ready to use.

Please allow up to 3-4 business days for your return to be processed during sale periods.

OUR RETURN POLICY 

  • Orders must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns outside this period will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s cost.
  • We offer refunds on full-priced Myra Swim items only. 
  • Items marked 'SALE' or purchased during a sale period with any discount are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged (excludes $20 sign-up code).
  • Skin products, sunscreens, footwear, and towels are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • We do not accept worn, washed, stained, damaged, or altered items. Soiled or tampered items are ineligible for refund, store credit, or exchange. Customers can choose to have soiled items returned at their expense or disposed of in-house. Penalty for returning soiled items: $30 (duties and taxes not included).
  • Returns due to unaccepted delivery, unclaimed parcels, or refusal to pay duties/import taxes will incur a $40 return processing fee. A store credit will be issued only; refunds will not be provided. No exceptions.
  • Exchange orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days once your return is on its way. All exchanges are sent via DHL Express (duties and taxes not included).
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at purchase. If you paid with a gift card, any refund will first be credited back to the gift card, and any remaining amount will be refunded to your other payment method.

FAQ

Do you provide return labels?
If you add Returns Coverage ($2.98) at checkout, you’ll receive a free return for a refund, store credit, or exchange through our returns portal. The portal is available to customers in USA, Canada, and the UK only. If you don’t select Returns Coverage, a return shipping fee will apply when you submit your return (This fee will vary by country). Customers outside these regions will need to arrange their own return shipping.


Are sale or discounted items eligible for return or exchange?
Items marked ‘SALE’ or purchased during any promotional period using a discount are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. This excludes orders placed using the $20.00 sign up code.


Can I exchange my order?
Exchanges are available on full priced items only. Items marked ‘SALE’ or purchased during a sale period with any discount are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned.


Do you offer exchanges internationally?
Exchanges are available to USA, Canada and UK customers only. Customers outside of these regions will need to select store credit and place a new order via our website.


What can I exchange my item for?
If your item does not fit as expected, you may exchange your full priced item for a different size, colour, or an alternative style via the “Shop Now” section in our returns portal.


How long do exchanges take to process?
Exchange orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days once your return has been shipped and is in transit. All exchange orders are sent via DHL Express.


Do you cover duties, taxes or tariffs on exchanges?
Myra Swim does not cover or reimburse any duties, taxes, tariffs, or import fees on exchange orders.


Can I exchange my order more than once?
We offer one exchange per order. If you require another exchange, you will need to return your item for store credit and place a new order.


What happens if I refuse delivery of my order?
If a delivery is refused, the order will be returned to us and a $40 return fee will be deducted from your store credit. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.


How does my store credit work?
A store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card. Our gift cards do not have an expiry date and can be used on any future purchase with Myra Swim. Store credits are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.


What should I do if my item is faulty?
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact info@myraswim.com with your order number and clear images of the issue. Please note that general wear and tear is not considered a fault and is not covered.


How do Afterpay returns work?
If you return a full priced Afterpay order, you will receive a refund via Afterpay. If your order included sale items or a discount code, you will be issued store credit for the returned item. Your agreement with Afterpay remains in place and all scheduled repayments must still be completed.
