MYRASWIM PTY LTD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT THE RETURN OF GOODS WHICH ARE NOT RETURNED IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY.
RETURN PROCESS FOR USA, CANADA AND UK
- Start your return by visiting our online returns portal using your order number and zip code.
- Once submitted, you’ll receive a return label via email. Securely attach this to your package.
- Drop off your return to the carrier location indicated on your label.
- Once returned, your refund or store credit will be processed within 1–2 business days. During sale periods, please allow up to 3–4 business days.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN PROCESS (All regions outside USA, Canada & UK)
- Try on garments over underwear.
- Ensure all tags and hygiene stickers are attached and that items are in original condition. Place items back in the garment bag.

- Fill out your return form here. Print and include your completed form in your return.
- Post your return to the address provided on the returns form. Customers may choose Regular or Express shipping at their own expense using a carrier of their choice. We strongly recommend obtaining a tracking number.
- Once received, your refund or store credit will be processed within 1–2 business days. During sale periods, please allow up to 3–4 business days.

Orders must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Refunds are only offered on full-priced Myra Swim items.
- Items marked ‘SALE’ or purchased during a sale period are final sale and cannot be returned (excludes $20 sign-up code).
- Skin products, sunscreens, footwear, and towels are final sale and cannot be returned.

Items must be returned in original condition with hygiene stickers/tags attached. Soiled or tampered items will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense ($30 fee applies).

Returns due to unaccepted or refused delivery, unclaimed parcels, or failure to pay duties/import taxes will incur a $40 processing fee. In these cases, refunds will not be provided and a store credit will be issued instead.

Add Checkout+ at checkout to receive fully covered return shipping. Without Checkout+, return shipping is at the customer’s expense and must be paid when lodging the return. Returns from Europe are at the customer’s expense.

Exchange orders are shipped within 1–3 business days once your return is in transit. All exchange orders are shipped via DHL Express (duties and taxes not included).
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase. If you paid with a gift card, any refund will first be credited back to the gift card, and any remaining amount will be refunded to your other payment method.
FAQ
Do you offer free returns and exchanges?
If Checkout+ is selected at checkout, your return shipping will be fully covered. If Checkout+ is not selected, a return shipping label can be generated via our returns portal, with the label fee calculated and charged at the time of lodgement.
For returns from Europe, our returns portal is available to use; however, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as free returns are not available in this region.
Are sale or discounted items eligible for return or exchange?
Items marked ‘SALE’ or purchased during any promotional period using a discount are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. This excludes orders placed using the $20.00 sign up code.
Can I exchange my order?
Exchanges are available on full priced items only. Items marked ‘SALE’ or purchased during a sale period with any discount are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Exchanges are available to USA, Canada and UK customers only. Customers outside of these regions will need to select store credit and place a new order via our website.
What can I exchange my item for?
If your item does not fit as expected, you may exchange your full priced item for a different size, colour, or an alternative style via the “Shop Now” section in our returns portal.
How long do exchanges take to process?
Exchange orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days once your return has been shipped and is in transit. All exchange orders are sent via DHL Express.
Do you cover duties, taxes or tariffs on exchanges?
Myra Swim does not cover or reimburse any duties, taxes, tariffs, or import fees on exchange orders.
Can I exchange my order more than once?
We offer one exchange per order. If you require another exchange, you will need to return your item for store credit and place a new order.
What happens if I refuse delivery of my order?
If a delivery is refused, the order will be returned to us and a $40 return fee will be deducted from your store credit. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
How does my store credit work and how can I use it?
A store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card. Our gift cards do not have an expiry date and can be used on any future purchase with Myra Swim. Store credits are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
What should I do if my item is faulty?
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact info@myraswim.com with your order number and clear images of the issue. Please note that general wear and tear is not considered a fault and is not covered.
How do Afterpay returns work?
If you return a full priced Afterpay order, you will receive a refund via Afterpay. If your order included sale items or a discount code, you will be issued store credit for the returned item. Your agreement with Afterpay remains in place and all scheduled repayments must still be completed.
