IMPORTANT: Import duties, taxes, and tariffs are determined by your country’s government, not by Myraswim Pty Ltd.

• Myra Swim is not liable for customs clearance fees, including new USA tariffs, or for any delays caused by customs holding your package.
• Our online prices do not include import duties, taxes, tariff's or other charges you may incur when your order arrives in your country. These costs are determined by your local customs office and are outside our control.
• Customs notifications: We are not responsible if your country’s postal authority does not notify you that your package is awaiting payment of duties or taxes. Please monitor your tracking details to avoid delays.
• Our Garments are designed in Australia & Manufactured in China.

Important reminders:

• If a shipment is returned to us due to delivery not being accepted, being unclaimed, or failure to clear customs due to unpaid duties or import taxes a $40.00 return processing fee will be deducted from your store credit. Refunds will not be issued for shipments returned under these circumstances.
