Delivery time is approximate for orders placed before 9 am Monday - Friday.

WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES
- ALL OUR ORDERS COME WITH COMPLETE DOOR TO DOOR TRACKING.
- DHL EXPRESS SERVICE REQUIRES A SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY, NO EXCEPTIONS.
- DHL STANDARD DELIVERY HAS A COMPULSORY SAFE DROP SERVICE.
- If you choose to remove a signature from your DHL Express shipment, Myraswim PTY LTD can not take responsibility for any stolen, lost or damaged shipments once deemed delivered by the carrier.
- We do not ship to Russia or military bases.
- Please allow 48 business hours to process orders and receive tracking number/confirmation of order shipment (During non-sale periods).
- Myra Swim is not liable for wrong information entered during the checkout process. If you do not provide the correct shipping address, we are not required to refund. Please make sure all your shipping information is accurate before finalising an order.
- If you are situated in the Middle East, Eastern parts of Europe or a remote location, then we strongly recommend opting for DHL Express
- Myra Swim does not refund shipping costs if, in the unlikely situation, Express shipping is delayed
- If you need your order by a specific date, we strongly recommend opting for Express shipping to ensure your package arrives in time

CUSTOMS IMPORT DUTY & TAXES
Please note: Import duties, taxes, and tariffs are determined by your country’s government, not by Myraswim Pty Ltd.
• PLEASE BE AWARE THAT MYRA SWIM IS NOT LIABLE FOR CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FEES IN YOUR COUNTRY THIS INCLUDES NEW USA TARIFF'S, NOR ARE WE RESPONSIBLE FOR HOLDING TIMES OF PACKAGES BY CUSTOMS. OUR PRICES ON OUR ONLINE STORE DO NOT INCLUDE RELEVANT OVERSEAS DUTIES AND OTHER CUSTOMS CHARGES YOU MAY INCUR WHEN PURCHASING AND IMPORTING TO YOUR COUNTRY.
• THESE COSTS ARE DETERMINED BY YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICE AND ARE OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL. PLEASE FAMILIARISE YOURSELF WITH YOUR COUNTRY'S CUSTOMS CHARGES AND LEVIES BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.
• MYRA SWIM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IF CUSTOMERS ARE NOT NOTIFIED BY THEIR COUNTRY'S POSTAL AUTHORITY THAT ITEMS ARE AWAITING PAYMENT OF CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES. PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR SHIPMENT WHEN TRACKING NUMBER IS PROVIDED TO AVOID DELAYS.
• If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees, a $40.00 return fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit to cover return shipping due to your refusal.
• All items are to be signed for by DHL or Australia Post. If you are not home to receive your package, have no one else to sign for the item and have not organised an alternative way to collect your package, and your item is returned to us, this $40.00 fee will occur.
•If you choose to remove a signature from a package. Myraswim takes no responsibly for the item becoming lost or stolen, we initially implement signatures on all shipments to prevent this.
• Myra Swim will not cover return shipping; this is the customer's responsibility.
• Myra Swim does not cover exchange import duties, taxes or Tariff's.
• We suggest choosing DHL standard delivery on all orders to Europe & Canada or if your country has a low duties and taxes threshold.
Our Garments are designed in Australia & Manufactured in China.

All Myra Swim purchases come with a tracking number supplied to you in your order confirmation email.
Please find your location below and enter the tracking ID, which can be found on the left-hand side of the page that appears when clicking on the DHL tracking link in your email.
Please note that delivery will be handled by your national postal service. Once your order has been dispatched with standard shipping, your address cannot be changed.
SALE PERIODS
All sale period items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE CONTACTING OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM.
- Due to high order volumes, please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be processed.
- Once a sale order is placed, Myra Swim cannot add, remove or change items within the current order. A new order will have to be placed for additional items.
- Myra Swim does not take responsibility if incorrect items are ordered during sale periods. Any order changes are at the discretion of our Customer Service Team and are not guaranteed before pick up of shipment.
- Sale discounts cannot be redeemed outside the advertised sale dates & times.
- If orders are placed before or after the specified sale times, Myra Swim will not reimburse you for the sale difference.
