Delivery time is approximate for orders placed before 9 am Monday - Friday.
All times noted below are Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). 


WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES 

ALL OUR ORDERS COME WITH COMPLETE DOOR TO DOOR TRACKING.
DHL EXPRESS SERVICE REQUIRES A SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY, NO EXCEPTIONS.
DHL STANDARD DELIVERY HAS A COMPULSORY SAFE DROP SERVICE.
If you choose to remove a signature from your DHL Express shipment, Myraswim PTY LTD can not take responsibility for any stolen, lost or damaged shipments once deemed delivered by the carrier.
We do not ship to Russia or military bases.
Please allow 48 business hours to process orders and receive tracking number/confirmation of order shipment (During non-sale periods).
Myra Swim is not liable for wrong information entered during the checkout process. If you do not provide the correct shipping address, we are not required to refund. Please make sure all your shipping information is accurate before finalising an order.
If you are situated in the Middle East, Eastern parts of Europe or a remote location, then we strongly recommend opting for DHL Express
Please note that standard shipping times can vary between 5 to 24 days due to some delays with COVID-19.
Shipping times begin once the order has been processed, dispatched and picked up by DHL. Please note that orders are dispatched Monday - Friday and excluding public holidays. 
Myra Swim does not refund shipping costs if, in the unlikely situation, Express shipping is delayed
If you are situated in a rural area, it may lengthen the delivery timeframe both with DHL Express and DHL Standard 
If you need your order by a specific date, we strongly recommend opting for Express shipping to ensure your package arrives in time

    • PLEASE BE AWARE THAT MYRA SWIM IS NOT LIABLE FOR CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FEES IN YOUR COUNTRY, NOR ARE WE RESPONSIBLE FOR HOLDING TIMES OF PACKAGES BY CUSTOMS. OUR PRICES ON OUR ONLINE STORE DO NOT INCLUDE RELEVANT OVERSEAS DUTIES AND OTHER CUSTOMS CHARGES YOU MAY INCUR WHEN PURCHASING AND IMPORTING TO YOUR COUNTRY.
    • THESE COSTS ARE DETERMINED BY YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICE AND ARE OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL. PLEASE FAMILIARISE YOURSELF WITH YOUR COUNTRY'S CUSTOMS CHARGES AND LEVIES BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.
    • MYRA SWIM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IF CUSTOMERS ARE NOT NOTIFIED BY THEIR COUNTRY'S POSTAL AUTHORITY THAT ITEMS ARE AWAITING PAYMENT OF CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES. PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR SHIPMENT WHEN TRACKING NUMBER IS PROVIDED TO AVOID DELAYS.
    • If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees, a $40.00 return fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit to cover return shipping due to your refusal.
    • All items are to be signed for by DHL or Australia Post. If you are not home to receive your package, have no one else to sign for the item and have not organised an alternative way to collect your package, and your item is returned to us, this $40.00 fee will occur.
    • Myra Swim will not cover return shipping; this is the customer's responsibility.
    Myra Swim would highly suggest choosing DHL standard delivery on all orders to Europe & Canada or if your country has a low duties and taxes threshold.

    SALE PERIODS DISPATCH TIMES

    • Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be processed due to high order volumes.
    • Please be aware that DHL Standard can take longer than the suggested shipping time frame during sale periods.
    • Due to high volumes of orders/emails during sale periods- if wrong items are ordered during sale periods, we can not take responsibility for changing the order before pick up of shipment.
    • If your order is shipped before your customer service email is checked, it is the customer's responsibility to return the incorrect items purchased.
    • Once a sale order is placed, we can not add or remove items to or from the current placed order. A new order will have to be placed for additional items & items not wanted will have to be returned.
