Myra Swim swimwear is made to fit and feel like a second skin. For ultimate comfort and durability all year round. Myra Swim fabrics are high quality Nylon spandex and, with a seamless finish, are made to stretch and mould to any body type. You will find our sizes are super stretchy to fit all curves without giving you that dug into skin look.
PRODUCT CARE
Caring for your swimwear is important. Make sure you follow the simple steps to keeping your swimwear clean and fresh for summer use.
• Do not iron or leave in the sun.
• Hand wash garments in cold soapy water, rinse after.
• Do not wash in warm or hot water.
• Lay flat out of direct sunlight to dry.
• Make sure after leaving the beach that all sand is removed from the garment as this can dry out the fabric.
• Do not dry clean garments
• Store in a dry place where air frequently flows to avoid moisture from building in garments.
• Do not leave in direct sunlight.
• Avoid contact with sunscreens, oils & chlorine- this may cause the colour to fade and damage the material.
• Avoid contact with rough surfaces. EG- rocks, pebble/ stone pool surfaces. We do not take responsibility for balling of fabrics when made in contact with rough surfaces.
• We recommend avoiding contact with warm/hot water or sauna-like conditions.
• Any garments with zips must be washed to remove sand from zips
• Wear with confidence! We made these pieces with love for you to enjoy!
SIZING AND FIT NOTES
Please use the Myra Size Guides as an estimate as to what size to purchase, as styles, sizes and cuts vary between each individual item and may not be consistent with the size guide measurements.
• If you are unsure & require further assistant regarding your sizes and measurements, our customer service team are more than happy to help you. Please contact them via our contact page
• All Myra Swim garments are physically labelled with AUS sizing labels unless stated otherwise.
THE BASIC MYRA FIT BREAKDOWN
• Our sizes run in five standard sizes. Extra Small, Small, Medium, Large & Extra Large.
• All pieces are standard sizing unless advised on the item description.
We suggest reading all garment item descriptions online to avoid ordering the wrong size.
• Seamless finishes give a super stretchy feel and can stretch out to 1 size bigger (returning to normal size when taken off)
• Due to our minimal cut & coverage style, we suggest larger busts going up one size to your standard t-shirt size unless you are comfortable with minimal coverage.





MYRA MINI SIZING
• When selecting kids sizes, choose the size closest to your child's age.
• If your child is in-between sizes and you are unsure what size to buy, we recommend sizing up, to accommodate your growing child.
• If your child has a longer torso we suggest going up 1 size in our one pieces.
• If your child is 11+ , we recommend a women's XS
SHIPPING
Delivery time is approximate for orders placed before 10 am Monday - Friday.

WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES
• ALL OUR ORDERS COME WITH COMPLETE DOOR TO DOOR TRACKING.
• DHL EXPRESS SERVICE REQUIRES A SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY, NO EXCEPTIONS.
• DHL STANDARD DELIVERY HAS A COMPULSORY SAFE DROP SERVICE.
• If you choose to remove a signature from your DHL Express shipment, Myraswim PTY LTD can not take responsibility for any stolen, lost or damaged shipments once deemed delivered by the carrier.
• We do not ship to Russia or military bases.
• Please allow 48 business hours to process orders and receive tracking number/confirmation of order shipment (During non-sale periods).
• Myra Swim is not liable for wrong information entered during the checkout process. If you do not provide the correct shipping address, we are not required to refund. Please make sure all your shipping information is accurate before finalising an order.
• If you are situated in the Middle East, Eastern parts of Europe or a remote location, then we strongly recommend opting for DHL Express
• Myra Swim does not refund shipping costs if, in the unlikely situation, Express shipping is delayed
• If you need your order by a specific date, we strongly recommend opting for Express shipping to ensure your package arrives in time

IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES & TARIFF FEE'S
Please note: Import duties, taxes, and tariffs are determined by your country’s government, not by Myraswim Pty Ltd.
- Myra Swim is not liable for customs clearance fees, including new USA tariffs, or for any delays caused by customs holding your package.
- Our online prices do not include import duties, taxes, or other charges you may incur when your order arrives in your country. These costs are determined by your local customs office and are outside our control.
- Customs notifications: We are not responsible if your country’s postal authority does not notify you that your package is awaiting payment of duties or taxes. Please monitor your tracking details to avoid delays.
Important reminders:
- If delivery is refused, all orders will be returned to us and a $40 return fee will be deducted from your store credit. Refunds will not be issued.
- All deliveries require a signature. If no one is available to sign, and the package is returned to us, the same $40 return fee will apply.
- If you choose to remove the signature requirement, Myra Swim is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Myra Swim does not cover return shipping costs, and customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes on exchanges.
Shipping tip: We recommend choosing DHL Standard Shipping for orders if your country has a low duties and taxes threshold.

SALE PERIODS
All sale period items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE CONTACTING OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM.
• Allow between 5-10 business days for your order to be processed due to high order volumes.
• If wrong items are ordered during sale periods, we can not take responsibility for changing the order before pick up of shipment. This is due to high volumes of orders/emails during sale periods.
• Once a sale order is placed, we can not add or remove items to or from the current placed order. A new order will have to be placed for additional items.
• Sale discounts can not be redeemed outside the advertised sale dates & times.
If orders are placed before or after the sale times, we can not reimburse you for the sale difference.

RETURNS
USA, CANADA AND UK RETURNS
Myra Swim provides USA, CANADA AND UK customers with a return’s portal for cost-effective and timely returns. Please seek our returns policy below to understand your eligibility for a refund or credit upon the return of your goods.
1- Locate your order number and zip code to submit your return. Once you submit your return, you will receive a postage label directly to your email. Attach the label securely to your postage bag.
2- Drop off your package with the courier shown on your return label.
Our team will process your credit/refund within 1-2 business days once returned, ensuring adherence to our Return Policy listed below. Please allow up to 3-4 business days for your return to be processed during sale periods.

We do not take responsibility for lost returns. All return fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered or reimbursed. This includes import duties, taxes or tariff's. Our returns portal is for USA, CANADA AND UK customers only.

1- Try on your garments over underwear.
2- Take unwanted garments and check tag/hygiene stickers that all are attached in original condition. Place items back in the garment bag.
3- Read our Return Policy below to avoid any confusion and processing delays.
4- Fill out your returns form here, making sure you fill in ALL sections to make it easier/faster for us to process at Myra Swim HQ.
5- Post back to the address provided. Regular or Express shipping methods are up to the customer along with the shipping company you choose to use. We do suggest you get a return tracking number as we will not take responsibility for lost returns.

6- Once the items arrive at Myra Swim HQ, you will receive an email confirmation that your items have been refunded or your store credit is ready to use.
Please allow up to 3-4 business days for your return to be processed during sale periods.

OUR RETURN POLICY
- Orders must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns outside this period will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s cost.
- We offer refunds on full-priced Myra Swim items only.
- Items marked 'SALE' or purchased during a sale period with any discount are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged (excludes $20 sign-up code).
- Skin products, sunscreens, footwear, and towels are final sale and cannot be returned.
- We do not accept worn, washed, stained, damaged, or altered items. Soiled or tampered items are ineligible for refund, store credit, or exchange. Customers can choose to have soiled items returned at their expense or disposed of in-house. Penalty for returning soiled items: $30 (duties and taxes not included).

Returns due to unaccepted delivery, unclaimed parcels, or refusal to pay duties/import taxes will incur a $40 return processing fee. A store credit will be issued only; refunds will not be provided. No exceptions.
- Add Returns Coverage ($2.98) at checkout for free returns (refund, store credit, or exchange). Without coverage, a return shipping fee will apply via our returns portal (varies by country). Customers outside USA, Canada, and UK must arrange their own shipping.
- Exchange orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days once your return is on its way. All exchanges are sent via DHL Express (duties and taxes not included).
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at purchase. If you paid with a gift card, any refund will first be credited back to the gift card, and any remaining amount will be refunded to your other payment method.
