Due to the dramatic influx of orders & customer service emails, we hope you understand our small team will be working overtime to make sure we get your orders processed & your customer service inquiries replied to ASAP.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
• Allow between 5-10 business days for your order to be processed due to high influx of orders.
 
ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS ON YOUR ORDER?
• If there are issues processing your order due to our system not identifying information supplied, our customer service team will contact you. Please note that we cannot & will not take responsibility for delivery issues caused by incorrect information. Due to a high email volume, we may not see inquiries before processing. Double-check your shipping details before payment for a smoother experience.
  
ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM?
• If you make a mistake & wrong items are ordered during sale periods, we can not take responsibility for changing the order before its dispatched.

WANT TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER?
• Once a sale order is placed, it can not be cancelled. We do not honour order cancelling or change of mind during our sale period.
  
FORGOT TO ADD AN ITEM IN YOUR ORDER?
• Once a sale order is placed, we can not add or remove items to or from the current placed order. A new order will have to be placed for additional items & items not wanted will have to be returned.
 
REDEEMED A STORE CREDIT FOR YOUR DISCOUNTED ORDER?
• Sale discounts can not be redeemed outside the advertised sale dates & times.
If orders are placed before or after the sale times, we can not reimburse you for the sale difference.
 
HONOURING DISCOUNTS AFTER SALE PERIOD HAS ENDED
• If you are to return a sale item for store credit, we can not honour the previous sale discount to repurchase new/exchange items. New purchases with store credits are to be used with current prices & current valid offers.

PICKING UP AN ONLINE ORDER
• If you have selected 'Warehouse pick up' as your shipping method. Please wait until you receive a confirmation Text from our team that your order if ready for pick up before coming to our HQ.
